Software Engineer Staff - Denver, CO
Responsibilities: Member of the ITS/Database Access Group, Diamond
program responsible for design, administration and maintenance of
program infrastructure databases. Knowledge and administration of
Relational Database technologies, SQL, ER modeling, Oracle 9i forms,
Oracle Developer suite and 9ias server is required. UNIX operating
system experience is preferred. Experience with multiple databases
such as Sybase, DB2 and/or Teradata is a plus. Knowledge of web
technologies, JSP pages, ODBC and/or JDBC connectivity helpful.
Candidate must have excellent communication and customer service
skills and must respond to customer requests in a professional,
courteous manner. Candidate must work well in a team environment
as well as being capable of planning and completing tasks as assigned
by the lead DBA. Some on call support is required. BS degree in
a technical field preferred. Current SCI clearance required.
Cost Analyst Staff - Littleton, CO
Requires individual highly experienced in cost analysis techniques,
knowledgeable of FAR and ASPM pricing guidance, with the ability
to develop complex cost models in support of major cost reimbursable
subcontracts. Individual should be able to perform rate audits of
varying rate structures, and be able to perform analysis of varied,
sophisticated incentive structures. Individual should have the ability
to lead fact-finding and negotiations. Individual should have the
necessary skills to communicate effectively verbally and with writing
skills, with the ability to effectively interact with others.
Electrical Engineer Senior - Littleton, CO
Develop specification documents and ICD's. Must have experience
and background in analog circuit design and analysis. Support manufacturing
with assembly of circuit card assemblies and verify assembly performance
by test. Develop test procedures for CCA's and box assembly. Assume
responsibility for Functional, Performance and Environmental testing
of Flight Assembly to meet program-scheduled delivery.

Software Engineer - Littleton, CO
This position supports Sensor Tasking & Resource Control (STRC)
Product Lead as a senior software developer for the SAR/GMTI tasking
and interface functions. This individual will be critical to the
initial integration and release of the SAR/GMTI data and control
interface capabilities at the start of the ACS contract. Responsibilities
include (1) participate in STRC requirements analysis, architecture,
and design activities for relevant SAR/GMTI interface and other
CIS components as necessary to ensure development, integration,
and test of the software on target hardware can be performed within
schedule and budget, (2) development, integration and test of SAR/GMTI
interface components according to negotiated software release schedule,
(3) follow ACS software development processes and practices as outlined
in the SDP, and (4) coordination and resolution of software issues
and discrepancies with the STRC
Product Lead and SW Integration Lead as needed. Requires in-depth
knowledge and software development experience for software requirements
analysis, design, development, integration, and test of ISR systems,
preferably airborne tactical ISR. Has demonstrated capability to
develop and integrate IMINT software systems with complex interfaces
and heavy use of legacy components. Experience in development of
software products in a spiral/incremental/iterative manner with
short release cycles and the ability to work within a large-scale
software development and integration program is also required.
Systems Engineer - Littleton, CO
This lead Systems Engineer will be assigned to the ACS Systems Engineering
Team and must possess a detailed understanding of ISR SIGINT sensor
capabilities and applications to military operations that include:
tasking, processing, exploitation, and operational intelligence
report dissemination. Candidate should have experience in the design,
development, integration, and test of RF signal receivers, target
identification and geolocation algorithms. Experience with full
spectrum ELINT and COMINT analysis/exploitation is a definite plus.
As a Lead Systems Engineer, will perform systems engineering technical
planning, earned value and staffing requirements manage requirements
analyses, system requirements, definition, decomposition and verification.
Will also perform system architecture analysis and maintenance,
oversee all modeling and simulation activities, and manage specialty
engineering tasks (aircraft platform engineering analyses, security
engineering, system calibration). Will provide technical oversight
of supportability and effectiveness analyses for the total system.
Experience with ISR systems and/or the ACS system is a preferred
prerequisite for this position.
Systems Engineer Staff - Littleton, CO
Special Programs is looking for a Reliability Modeling engineer
with Comm subsystem experience. This person will review Failure
Modes Effects and Criticality Assessment (FMECA) reports submitted
by subcontractors or in-house design teams; perform FMECA modeling
and analysis; coordinate with subcontractor and in-house design
teams to resolve issues or concerns; and present reliability related
findings to management and customer personnel.
Computer Systems Design Engineer Staff - Hardware Engineer -
Aurora, CO
Participate in and perform engineering design of upgrades, replacements
to the existing HP hardware architecture. Responsibilities include
planning replacement and relocation of workstations, defining facility
floor plans, defining facility requirements (power, space allocation),
determining operator's needs, supporting audits, coordinating relocation
efforts with facility personnel, and hands-on development of racks
for hardware drops or shipping, including engineering design, documentation
(hardware list, rack elevations, panels, interconnects), hardware
build-up, support of audit efforts prior to shipment, installation
at local site, and redline all associated documentation for final
release. Must have an understanding of the HP system's hardware,
networks, storage devices, COTS software, and high end processing.
Software Engineer - Aurora, CO
Perform E2 (off-site) software maintenance and operational support
for the products developed by the HP system. Person will provide
technical support to E1 (on-site) maintenance evaluates problem
reports, provide analysis and software changes, assist integration
and test, and provide installation support. Individual will be required
to work closely with the developer, end users, I&T and SE IPT
Leads to quickly determine the nature / scope of software changes.
There is a potential for international travel. Knowledge and experience
in the use of C++ programming language and the UNIX operating system
is required. Strong interpersonal skills are also required, as well
as the ability to work successfully in a team environment, be dedicated
to the HP mission, and demonstrate a strong commitment to customer
satisfaction. Experience with or knowledge of C, Java, Sybase, GUI
development, object oriented methodologies, and ClearCase are a
plus.
Software Engineer Senior - Aurora, CO
Responsibilities will include the following: Conduct or participate
in multi-disciplinary research and collaborate with equipment designers
and/or hardware engineers in the planning, design, development,
and utilization of electronic data processing systems software;
determine computer user needs; and advise hardware designers on
machine characteristics that affect software systems (storage capacity,
processing speed, and input/output requirements). Will also design
and develop compilers and assemblers, utility programs, and operating
systems such as executive programs. Mandatory Skills: 1-3 years
of Java/J2EE programming experience; 3-5 years of experience with
C, C++, Standard Template Library (STL), Object Oriented Analysis
and Design; excellent communication skills.
